An ancient wallet holding $3 million in BTC reawakens after 13 years of dormancy, transferring $1.27 million to Bitstamp. There is a surge in activity of old Bitcoins moving, including a whale with $77 million moving 5 BTC to Kraken from Bitcoin’s early days. This whale mined 1,215 BTC in Feb-March 2009, and now holds $77 million worth. Another early Bitcoin whale woke up after 15 years, moving $16 million of BTC.
