Air Products And Chemicals Inc. (APD) has completed the sale of its LNG process technology and equipment business to Honeywell International Inc. for $1.81 billion. The deal, announced in July 2024, has met all closing conditions and regulatory approvals. This strategic divestiture aligns with Air Products’ core growth strategy. All assets, IP, manufacturing capability, and personnel have been transferred to Honeywell, including 475 employees and a manufacturing facility in Florida.
