North Bay Resources Inc. announces assays up to 5 oz/ton gold, 0.7 oz/ton silver, and significant amounts of platinum, palladium, and rhodium at Mt. Vernon Gold Mine. Sampling supports previous findings and will aid in bulk tonnage mining expected to start shortly. Assays conducted at Enviro-Chem Analytical Laboratory.

Initial mine plan for Mt. Vernon Gold Mine involves extracting 497 tons of ore from 4 tunnels for direct shipment to Bishop Gold Mill in Inyo County, CA. Metallurgy work shows separation and concentration of gold, silver, and platinum is feasible. Modern access tunnel spans known gold bearing zone and is ideally suited for mining.

Mt. Vernon Gold Mine remains largely undeveloped with samples showing high grades of gold, up to 5 oz/ton, consistently over 200 feet. The mine boasts a significant 954,000-ton ore body estimate from the known channel. The operation is modernized with a developed portal, tunnel, and other necessary infrastructure for production.

North Bay Resources Inc. CEO, Jared Lazerson, oversees the Mt. Vernon Gold Mine project. Plans for bulk tonnage mining, made possible by recent positive assays, promise a lucrative future for the company. The operation at Mt. Vernon is strategically located with ample access to the necessary equipment and infrastructure for successful mining.
