A Bitcoin whale holding over $72.5 million in BTC from 2009 sent $3.58 million to Kraken, per Arkham Intelligence. The whale mined Bitcoin just one month after its launch in March 2009. On Sept. 24, they transferred 5 BTC to Kraken, keeping around $72.5 million.

Bitcoin increased by 3% on Friday to over $62,000 after a strong U.S. jobs report. The U.S. added 254,000 jobs in September, exceeding expectations of 140,000. This news boosted optimism in the economy, driving Bitcoin’s price higher, which had previously fallen to around $60,000.

Following the positive jobs report, Bitcoin gradually recovered, spiking over 1% after a brief dip. Other cryptocurrencies experienced similar gains amidst the positive economic news.
