Tech-Software ETF rises with Docusign and Microstrategy leading, while China ETF drops significantly.

In trading on Tuesday, the iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF rose 1.8%, led by Docusign up 8.2% and Microstrategy up 5.7%. On the other hand, the SPDR S&P China ETF dropped 11%, with Jinkosolar Holding down 17.6% and Ehang Holdings down 17.4%.
