Kvika Bank’s board of directors is expected to approve the interim financial statements for the third quarter and first nine months of 2024 at a board meeting on Wednesday, November 6. The statements will be published after market close.

A presentation event for shareholders and market participants will be held in an unconventional format this time. An overview of the financial results will be part of Kvika Investment Day on Thursday, November 7.

At the event, Kvika’s board members will present the company’s strategy and focus after the expected sale of TM, as well as discuss key aspects of the company’s financial results for the third quarter of 2024.

The event will take place at Harpa’s Nordurljós hall, starting at 12:00 and ending at 16:00. The event will be conducted in Icelandic, but presentation materials will be in English.
