Former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky and prosecutors are set to appear in court on Nov. 13 to address fraud and market manipulation charges.

Judge John Koeltl ordered the court appearance to address Mashinsky’s motion to dismiss charges of fraud and market manipulation.

The hearing is scheduled for Nov. 13 and will address Alex Mashinsky’s motion to dismiss fraud and market manipulation charges brought against him.
