Airbus has delivered its first A321XLR, an extra-long-range narrow-body aircraft, to Spanish airline Iberia. The plane can fly up to 11 hours nonstop, 15% farther than its predecessor. American Airlines and United Airlines have also ordered the 321XLRs. Meanwhile, Boeing is facing challenges after the 737 Max crashes, planning to slim down and potentially develop a new aircraft.
