Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE:PEG) shares fell over 5% despite exceeding third-quarter expectations. Adjusted earnings were $0.90 per share, above the estimated $0.87, with revenue at $2.64 billion, beating forecasts of $2.43 billion. Full-year 2024 earnings guidance was revised to $3.64 to $3.68 per share.

PSE&G’s earnings decreased to $0.76 per share, while PSEG Power & Other’s earnings rose to $0.14 per share. Higher distribution margins offset by increased costs impacted PSE&G, while PSEG Power & Other benefited from stronger energy margins and the federal nuclear production tax credit.
