Hillman Solutions Corp. reported a decrease in net sales for the third quarter of 2024, with net income totaling $7.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of $72.6 million. The company also acquired Intex DIY and won awards from Lowe’s and Home Depot. Net sales for the year-to-date period also decreased, with adjusted EBITDA totaling $193.2 million.
The company’s balance sheet and liquidity at September 28, 2024, showed gross debt of $758.6 million and net debt decreasing to $698.7 million.
