Novonesis has delivered a strong 9% organic sales growth in the first nine months of the 2024 financial year, with an impressive 11% organic sales growth in the third quarter. The company now expects full-year organic sales growth to be at the upper end of the 7-8% range, with an adjusted EBITDA margin between 35.5-36.5%. This growth is driven by both Food & Health Biosolutions and Planetary Health Biosolutions, showing a solid performance across the business. Divisional sales performance has been strong, with Food & Beverages growing 9% organically and Household Care growing 15% organically in the first nine months of 2024. Regional sales performance has also been positive, with developed markets seeing a 6% increase and emerging markets reporting a 14% growth in the first nine months of 2024. Looking ahead, Novonesis expects both Food & Health Biosolutions and Planetary Health Biosolutions to continue growing at a similar level as indicated for the Group, with a stronger second half of the year anticipated.
