Australia’s HMC Capital plans a $A4 billion IPO for its data centres business, the largest in the country this year. The Digico Investment Trust will own 13 data centres with 586 customers. HMC will invest $A500 million for a 19% stake. Shares rose 4% to A$10.79 after acquiring iseek for $A400 million. The REIT is expected to be listed on Dec. 16.
