US producer prices rose 2.4% annually in October, exceeding expectations. Monthly, prices increased by 0.2%, with core prices up 0.3% monthly and 3.1% annually. Fed expected to cut rates in December.

Powell set to speak, with focus on hints about interest-rate cycle. Fed officials hint at shallower rate cuts. Traders anticipate another 25 basis point cut in December.

Disney stock surged 7% on strong Q4 earnings, driven by streaming business. Cisco dropped 2% on weak outlook. AMD to lay off 4% of staff. Tapestry stock rose 12%, Capri up 4% after merger called off.
