Warner Bros Discovery settles breach of contract lawsuit with NBA, securing rights to NBA content for the next decade. The deal will be officially announced next week. Additionally, Warner Bros Discovery will license “Inside the NBA” show to ESPN and ABC starting next season.

The lawsuit was filed in July after NBA awarded rights to Disney, NBCUniversal, and Amazon in an $77 billion deal. Warner Bros Discovery claimed NBA’s refusal to allow them to match offers from third parties violated their agreement with Turner. Settlement will prevent a prolonged legal battle in court.
