Spyre Therapeutics prices public offering of 7.28 million shares at $27.50 per share

Spyre Therapeutics Inc. (SYRE) has priced its public offering of 7.28 million shares of common stock at $27.50 per share, aiming to raise $200.0 million in gross proceeds. The underwriters also have an option to purchase an additional 1.09 million shares. The offering is set to close around November 20, 2024.
