In early trading on Wednesday, UnitedHealth Group leads as the best-performing Dow Jones component, with shares up 1.9% and a year-to-date gain of 11.6%. On the flip side, NVIDIA is the worst performer, down 1.9% today but still showing a year-to-date gain of 191.2%.

Amazon.com is down 1.3% while Chevron is up 0.5% on the day, making moves as well in the market.
