Shares of Constellation Brands dropped 3.5% after Donald Trump announced plans for a 25% tariff on Mexican imports. Constellation imports all its beer from Mexico, representing 86% of sales. The proposed tariff would raise Constellation’s cost of goods sold by 16%. Despite threats, it’s uncertain if the tariffs will be implemented.
