Unisys announced CEO Peter Altabef stepping down, with COO Mike Thomson set to take over on April 1, 2025. Altabef will remain Board Chair to guide growth. Thomson will also join the Board. The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance for revenue growth and adjusted operating profit margin. Thomson, with over 25 years of industry experience, has been with Unisys since 2015, serving as CFO and President/COO. Altabef has been CEO since 2015 and Board Chair since 2018. UIS stock closed at $8.92, up 5.31% on Thursday’s trading on the NYSE.
