Cyril Han will take over as CEO of Ant Group from Eric Jing on March 1, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters. Han has been president since March and played a key role in Ant’s digital businesses. Ant Group is valued at over $300 billion and is affiliated with Alibaba Group. Han’s appointment was first reported by Bloomberg. Ant reported a net profit of 7.59 billion yuan in January-March.
