Boeing resumed 737 MAX production after a strike by 33,000 factory workers. The planemaker has 4,200 orders for the jetliner amid growing demand for air travel. Despite setbacks like fatal crashes and the pandemic, Boeing plans to increase production to 56 planes per month. The FAA has capped production at 38 planes per month due to safety concerns. Analysts predict Boeing will produce 29 737 MAX planes per month in 2025.
