Rugby Resources Ltd. has increased its private placement offering to meet subscriber demand, now offering up to 81,840,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $4,092,000. Each Unit includes one common share and a Half Warrant, with two Half Warrants entitling the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.12 within 18 months.
