A Delaware judge allows Elon Musk and Tesla to appeal the decision on Musk’s $56 billion pay package. Musk and the board can challenge the ruling that they breached fiduciary duty. Tesla must also appeal to pay $345 million to the shareholder’s attorneys. The Delaware Supreme Court can take up to a year to issue a ruling.
