Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is buying 25 shares of Home Depot at $407 each and 14 shares of Blackrock at $1,041. This will increase the Trust’s weighting in HD to 2.25% and in BLK to 2.15%. The Trust is putting cash to work following technical signals indicating the market is oversold.

Home Depot’s shares have pulled back 6% from their recent high, showing signs of bottoming after a better-than-expected third quarter. BlackRock is set to become a top-five credit manager with $220 billion in pro-forma private credit client assets following its $12 billion acquisition of HPS Investment Partners. The company’s recent acquisitions are expected to lead to a higher valuation in the market.
