KKR & Co. Inc. has completed an investment in Rebel Foods, an Indian online restaurant company, to support its growth and expansion in India and the Middle East. Founded in 2011, Rebel Foods operates a multi-brand cloud kitchen platform with 450 cloud kitchens serving over 5,000 internet restaurants in India, the UAE, and the UK. The company utilizes proprietary technology for end-to-end food orders, demand forecasting, and brand launches. Avendus Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.
