Skanska wins $68 million contract to renovate Collin College campus in Texas

Skanska AB has signed a $68 million contract with Collin College for renovations to the Plano campus in Texas. The project includes new roof, lab areas, MEP systems, expanded kitchen, theater, and police office. Work will start in January 2025 and finish in August 2026, covering 19,500 square meters of existing building renovations. This is the fourth campus Skanska is building for Collin College.
