Finland stocks closed lower on Friday, with the OMX Helsinki 25 down 0.02% to a new 52-week low. Top gainers included Kojamo, Metsa Board Oyj B, and Stora Enso Oyj R, while Nordea Bank Abp, Outokumpu Oyj, and Neste Oyj were among the biggest losers. Rising stocks slightly outnumbered declining ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

Outokumpu Oyj shares hit 3-year lows, dropping 2.04% to 2.79, while Neste Oyj shares reached 5-year lows, falling 2.01% to 11.23. Brent oil for February delivery fell 0.12% to $72.79 a barrel, Crude oil for January delivery declined 1.76% to $69.34 a barrel, and February Gold Futures rose 1.38% to $2,644.06 a troy ounce.

In currency markets, EUR/USD rose 0.65% to 1.04, while EUR/GBP remained unchanged at 0.83. The US Dollar Index Futures dropped 0.63% to 107.47.
