Neuphoria Therapeutics Inc. has successfully implemented a scheme of arrangement to re-domicile Bionomics Limited from Australia to the United States. Neuphoria will now be the parent company of Bionomics. Neuphoria Shares are set to start trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “NEUP” on December 24, 2024. Additionally, Neuphoria will issue Neuphoria Options to holders of Bionomics Options and a Neuphoria Warrant to an institutional investor in exchange for a Bionomics Warrant.
