Atos SE has appointed FORVIS MAZARS as a joint statutory auditor to certify the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. This decision was made by the President of the Pontoise Commercial Court on December 19, 2024. The appointment was necessary due to regulatory reasons, as the mandate of Deloitte & Associés as statutory auditor will expire. FORVIS MAZARS will serve in this role until the Annual General Meeting on January 31, 2025.
