Anoto Group AB announced the outcome of its rights issue, raising approximately SEK 50 million with a subscription rate of 37.5 percent. The company will utilize underwriting commitments for 62.5 percent of the rights issue, totaling SEK 50 million in proceeds before costs and loan set-offs. The last trading day with BTAs is set for January 8, 2025, with new shares trading on Nasdaq Stockholm from January 16, 2025. Investors who provided guarantee commitments will receive cash compensation or new shares. The company will increase its shares from 331,859,066 to 1,102,362,757 through the rights issue, directed issue, and set-off issue.
