Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has announced the final annual capital gains distributions for their ETFs for the 2024 tax year. These distributions do not affect the number of units held by investors and will be reinvested. The ex-dividend date for the 2024 annual distributions is December 30, 2024, with record date on the same day and payable on January 7, 2025. The actual taxable amounts of reinvested capital gains distributions for 2024 will be reported to brokers in early 2025.
