Technology & Communications and Utilities sectors are lagging, with some individual stocks experiencing losses.

Technology & Communications stocks are down 0.5%, with NVIDIA Corp and CrowdStrike Holdings lagging at 2.3% and 2.1% losses. Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF is down 0.9% but up 21.47% YTD. NVIDIA is up 171.23% YTD, and CrowdStrike is up 33.90% YTD, making up 14.4% of XLK.

In the Utilities sector, NRG Energy and Vistra Corp are down 2.2% and 1.5%. Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF is down 0.4% but up 22.66% YTD. NRG is up 77.39% YTD, Vistra is up 260.50% YTD, comprising 5.6% of XLU’s holdings.

S&P 500 sectors show Energy up 1.2%, while Technology & Communications are down 0.5%. Materials and Consumer Products are slightly up, while Industrial and Utilities sectors are down. Financial and Services sectors are flat.
