In early trading, MicroStrategy leads as the top performing Nasdaq 100 component, up 4.2%. Year to date, the stock shows a 4.2% gain. Conversely, Tesla is the worst performer, down 5.2% for the day and 5.1% year to date. Palantir Technologies is down 3.7%, while MongoDB is up 2.1%.
