NVIDIA leads as best performing Dow component, McDonald's is worst performer.

In early trading, NVIDIA leads as the best performing Dow Jones component, up 2.8% with a 5.9% gain year to date. McDonald’s is the worst performer, down 0.3% but showing a 0.6% gain YTD. Apple is down 0.3% while Amazon.com is up 2.1% for the day.
