Kaiser Aluminum Corp. announced that Jack Hockema will retire as a director of the company effective January 1, 2025. Keith Harvey, the President and CEO, will take over as Chairman of the Board, and Kimberly Glas will join the Board as a director on the same date.

Kimberly Glas will serve as a Class I director with a term expiring at the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. She will also be a part of the Board’s audit and sustainability committees.
