Modine Manufacturing Company is set to open a new facility in Chennai, India in mid-2025 to meet the growing demand for data center cooling solutions. The facility will produce equipment under the Airedale by Modine brand, as well as cooling modules for stationary power generation systems. This expansion follows recent openings in Calgary, Canada, and Bradford, UK. This will be Modine’s second facility in India, complementing the existing Modine Thermal Systems India. MOD is currently trading at $122.51 on the NYSE.
