MicroStrategy's Saylor predicts high demand for Bitcoin, highlighting growing interest in cryptocurrency

Michael Saylor, CEO of MicroStrategy, posted a new viral message about Bitcoin today, holding a physical BTC with the caption “Everyone is going to want your Bitcoin.” This coincides with Bitcoin’s 16th anniversary since Satoshi Nakamoto announced its hard-capped supply of 21 million in 2009. Currently, around 19.8 million BTC are in circulation, with the full supply expected by 2140.

Despite the set supply, concerns arise as Nakamoto disappeared with one million BTC and many coins remain locked away. Saylor and MicroStrategy hold 447,470 BTC, making them one of the largest corporate holders. Saylor’s consistent BTC purchases highlight the growing desire for cryptocurrency ownership, with many eager to secure their share.
