Impax Asset Management Group PLC reported an 8.3% decline in AUM for the first quarter, with total AUM falling to £34.12 billion. £1.48 billion was in fixed income, slightly down from the previous year. Private markets accounted for £689 million, up from £601 million. Impax shares declined by 3.4% to 234.33 pence each in London. The company attributed the decline to high outflows, including the closure of a mandate with St James’s Place PLC. Outflows from U.S. mutual funds and BNP Paribas SA are slowing. IPX.L closed at $224, 7.63% lower on the London Stock Exchange.
