Bitcoin whales holding 10-10,000 BTC accumulating, showing confidence in Bitcoin

Bitcoin whales holding 10-10,000 BTC have been quietly accumulating, adding 2,997 BTC since Jan. 1, 2025, signaling confidence in the long-term prospects of Bitcoin. These whales accumulated 257,000 BTC since Oct. 1, benefiting from the last bull rally and adding 199,000 BTC since Nov. 5.

Other Bitcoin wallet tiers have also shown interesting behavior. The 0.1-10 BTC wallets dumped 84,521 Bitcoin but have since accumulated 5,604 BTC. Small traders holding 0-0.1 BTC were taking profits during the recent bull run but have now added 585 BTC back into their wallets.

Bitcoin nonempty wallets saw a reduction of over 130,000 wallets by the end of 2024, but have since grown by 84,700 wallets. Bitcoin is currently up 5.97% in the last 24 hours, trading at $96,107.
