Orion Oyj’s nomination committee has recommended the composition of the board for the 2025 annual general meeting. The committee suggests that the board consist of eight members, including current members such as Veli-Matti Mattila and Karen Lykke Sørensen. The chairman of the board would be Veli-Matti Mattila. The committee also recommended annual fees for board members, to be paid partly in cash and partly in company shares. Orion is a Finnish pharmaceutical company with a focus on cancer and pain treatments, with a revenue of 1.19 billion euros in 2023.
