Carrier Global Corporation (CARR) appoints Amy Miles, former CEO of Regal Entertainment Group, to its Board of Directors. She will also join the Audit and Governance Committees. CARR closed Wednesday’s trading at $68.80, up 0.58 percent on the NYSE.
