Stellantis reports 9% decline in Q4 2024 shipments, with some improvement from Q3

Stellantis reported a 9% decline in Q4 2024 consolidated shipments compared to the same period in 2023. This improvement from a 20% decline in Q3 was attributed to inventory reduction actions and new product launches in Europe. North America experienced a 28% y-o-y decline in shipments, while Enlarged Europe saw a 6% decline, reduced from 17% in Q3. Stellantis’ “Third Engine” segment saw a 5% increase in shipments, driven by growth in South America. The company aims to become a carbon net-zero mobility tech company by 2038.
