Guidewire Software Inc. will replace Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400, while Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals will replace Barnes Group Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600 on January 27. Apollo Global Management Inc. is acquiring Barnes Group, pending final conditions for the deal to be completed.
