Atlantic Union Bankshares reported higher net income in Q4 2024, but full year income dropped

Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (AUB) reported higher net income of $54.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, up from $53.9 million in 2023. For the full year, net income was $197.3 million, down from $189.9 million in 2023. Adjusted operating income for the fourth quarter was $61.4 million, compared to $58.8 million in the previous year. For the full year, adjusted operating income was $241.3 million, up from $221.2 million in 2023. AUB closed at $36.57 on the NYSE, down 3.43%.
