The new distribution rate for Class A Units is $0.045 per month, yielding 7.8% based on the TSX closing price of $6.95 on January 23, 2025. The distribution rate for Class U Units is $0.045 per month, representing a 7.7% annual distribution rate based on a NAV of US$7.04 on January 23, 2025.
