Tesla Inc. launched the 2025 version of its Model Y crossover in the US, Canada, and Europe, following its release in China. The new model is priced at $59,990, 25% higher than its predecessor, with deliveries starting in March. It features full self-driving software, a redesigned interior, and a range of 320 miles.

The updated Model Y comes with enhanced features like ventilated seats, reclining second-row seats, and faster Wi-Fi. Despite being the best-selling car in 2023, Tesla saw its first drop in annual deliveries last year due to increased competition. A cheaper model is expected to launch in the first half of 2025.
