BT Group plc reported a 1% increase in third-quarter profit before tax, reaching 427 million pounds, driven by EBITDA growth. Adjusted EBITDA rose to 2.10 billion pounds, up 4% from last year. However, reported revenue declined by 3% to 5.2 billion pounds, with adjusted revenue also falling 3% to 5.18 billion pounds. The company cited challenging non-UK trading conditions and weaker handset trading as contributing factors. BT reconfirmed its FY25 financial outlook and mid-term guidance, aiming for a cash flow inflection to around £2.0bn in 2027 and £3.0bn by the end of the decade.
