Toyota Motor Corp. saw 3.7% decrease in total worldwide sales for 2024

Toyota Motor Corporation announced its sales, production, and export results for December 2024 and the full year. Total worldwide sales for 2024 were 1,08,21,480 units, a 3.7% decline from the previous year. Worldwide production for the year was 1,06,15,000 units, down by 7.8%. In December, global sales were 9,63,542 units, a 4.8% decrease from the same month last year, while production was 8,71,271 units, down by 3.8%. Toyota, including Lexus, experienced declines in both sales and production for 2024.
