Kuntarahoitus Oyj announces a 1 billion Norwegian krone addition to its bond issuance program, increasing the total size of the bond to 5 billion krone. The bond has a maturity date of January 15, 2030, and an annual interest rate of 3-month Nibor plus 25 basis points. The issuance will take place on February 3, 2025, under the company’s 50 billion euro bond program. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Oy’s stock exchange, with trading expected to begin on the same day. Nordea Bank Abp will act as the lead manager for the issuance.
