IES Holdings, Inc. has acquired Arrow Engine Company, a Tulsa-based provider of engines and generator sets, from TriMas Corporation. The acquisition includes Arrow’s manufacturing facility in Tulsa and is estimated to have generated $20 million in revenue in 2024. Arrow will join IES’s Infrastructure Solutions segment and continue operating under its current name. IES plans to make significant investments to expand Arrow’s product line and drive growth in new markets. The acquisition will enable IES to offer a wider range of products and services to customers in the oil and gas industry.
