Match Group announced Spencer Rascoff, Zillow co-founder, as new CEO, replacing Bernard Kim. Rascoff served on the board since March 2024, showing strong strategic perspective. Match posted better-than-expected Q4 results, with earnings per share of 59 cents on $860 million revenue, but issued disappointing Q1 revenue guidance of $820 million to $830 million. Rascoff, known for Zillow, also founded Hotwire. Match, spun out of IAC in 2020, has seen market cap shrink below $10 billion.
